POSITION DESCRIPTION:
• Monitor Global Freight rates and developments,
• Continuously monitor Logistics Market through Logistics Magazines, internet reports, and from any other available media tools.
• Run reports, support transport budget preparations
• Assist in problem resolution as needed.
• Evaluate 3PL/4PL activities and identify potential opportunities for improvements, including analyzing carrier bids, rates, costs, business trends and mode comparisons
• Prepare presentations for senior management regarding the recommendations of various studies and projects.
• Proactive KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and financial analysis on freight CPU (Cost Per unit) and freight CPP (Cost Per Pallet), exploring the cost drivers (such as unit per pallet changes, unit cube trends, following and reporting market freight rate trends, crude oil price variances and many other freight cost drivers)
• To be the main contact and counter part of external freight invoice auditor supplier.
• Helping freight budget calculations and analysis for the top management
• Analyzing transportation quotations such as quarterly Global Overseas Tendering, DC1&DC2 (Distribution Center) line haul quotations

Wymagania
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
• Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills, demonstrate a keen attention to detail, be able to communicate across cross-functional teams
• Relevant studies in Logistics or/and Transportation Management (bachelor degree or last year of studies)
• Advance user of Excel, Word, Power Point
• “Can do” attitude
• High energy and results-oriented
• Excellent presentation skills
